An interactive vaporwave television station with nine programs across a looping broadcast day. Shimmering text-character scenes and live synthesized music move from morning sign-on through a food court, a never-ending forecast, and late-night swimming-pool light. Tune between programs or let the schedule play.

I led Narvar's integration delivery for PUMA's Salesforce migration, replacing daily batch returns processing with real-time webhooks and enabling pre-shipment notifications. I worked through concurrency, data-integrity, and payload issues for an on-time launch, including a seven-hour overnight cutover.
I took over technical ownership of an OMS migration and Salesforce Commerce Cloud exchanges pilot across five markets partway through. I completed the scoping and portal configuration, coordinated defect resolution with Engineering, and wrote the troubleshooting guides. The customer asked for me on their next project.
I picked up an OMS migration and returns implementation at the discovery stage and delivered working staging portals for four US and Canadian locales, in English and Chinese, within a week. The customer credited the work with getting the project moving.
A single product shipped in three boxes, but its order data described one SKU. I worked with Engineering to design Order API attributes for multi-box returns, item-level packing limits, and shipment-level overrides, so the integration could represent the physical return.

I work at the intersection of customer requirements and technical delivery. At Narvar, I progressed from Technical Support Engineer II through senior and lead roles to Customer Engineer. The CEO selected me to partner with customer-success leadership on strategic accounts.
I also co-managed Narvar's internal implementation of Torvalds, an enterprise AI knowledge assistant. Today I support streaming and podcast advertising at Audacy / AmperWave, building on earlier work at WideOrbit. Outside work, I explore AI integrations and tools for making music.
